CK Clinical are pleased to be recruiting for a SAS Programmer to work on contract for an established company in the UK.
The purpose of the role is to be responsible for ensuring quality and accuracy of programming deliverables, and to write, testand validate software programs to support the regulatory approval process or non-registrational activities. You will also be responsible for adhering to all company policies, SOP’s, and other controlled documents.
The appointed applicant will be involved in:
Performing QC checks of software programs written by another programmer.
Understanding and executing department-level, program-level and study-level macros and utilities.
Writing, testing and validating program-level and study-level^macros and utilities.
Liaising with outsourcing partners and vendors at project level.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of global statistical programming processes and procedures.
Interested applicants will have a working knowledge ofcurrent CDISC standards (STDM and ADaM), and proven SAS Programming expertise in the BASE, STAT, GRAPH, Macro and SQL modules, together with statistical programming using SAS v9.13 (preferably within a Unix environment). You will also hold a BSc or Equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or other relevant Science subject, together with proven experience of working with the Pharmaceutical industry.
